3 Alternatives to buying toner from HP, Lexmark or Dell
You probably have a copier at your office that is on a service contract. You never have to purchase toner, or pay for any maintenence or repairs. You only pay a small amount for each time you use the copier.
You also probably have printers at your office that are not on a service contract. Most likely you have to purchase toner for these printers. In almost all cases, the price that you are paying for toner for these printers ends up being quite a bit more expensive than the service contract you have on your copier.
What can you do?
Depending on your situation, here are a couple of suggestions.
1. Print to a lower cost device such as your copier. If you are not sure how to do this, give us a call 479-442-4185.
2. If printing to a lower cost device is not an option, then let AAA lower your cost by puting your printers under a cost per page total maintenence contract (toner plus maintenence and service) that in most cases is less than the price you are currently spending on toner alone. 3. If none of the above works for you, then you can buy quality compatible toner for your printer. HP, Lexmark and Dell make a huge portion of their profit on toner. They have been able to keep us buying toner from them at high prices because many of us have been burned by buying poor quality compatible toner. SHARP WINS BLI'S 2009 MFP "LINE OF THE YEAR" AWARD
Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, today announced that it has received the 2009 "Line of the Year" Award from Buyers Laboratory, Inc. (BLI), the leading global provider of information and testing services to the digital imaging industry. BLI's "Line of the Year" is awarded once a year to the vendor whose product line is determined to be the best overall based on its cumulative test results in BLI's rigorous two-month laboratory evaluation. Among the many factors considered are reliability, image quality, productivity, ease of use, scanning, a host of connectivity attributes and overall value. Also considered is the breadth of each vendor's line.
In addition to winning Line of the Year Award for the Second time in Three Years, Sharp has received the following Awards:
MX-M283N (Outstanding 21- to 30-PPM Monochrome MFP),
